Racing at Doncaster Racecourse begins on Saturday 17 April with the Doncaster Mile.  There are many meetings throughout the year including the St Ledger Festival on Wednesday 8th September. York Races begin on 12th May with the Dante Festival. There are lots of other plants to see such as aconites, cyclamen, hellebores, irises and much more.
