While we’re on the subject of awards, we’d like to congratulate Pat and William at 17 Burgate over in Pickering in their recent success in the 2010 White Rose Awards.

We’ve known Pat and William for a few years now since getting involved with the Yorkshire’s Finest Accommodation project. They are an inspiration to all and fully deserve their success. We would like to think they will be keeping a close eye on the competition from South Yorkshire next year though

Throapham House has retained the coveted 5* Gold Award rating from Quality in Tourism following a recent inspection in November 2008.
